Answers to your common questions
Our typical requirements are to pay security deposit equal to one months rent, first months rent/ pro rated first months rent, and any non-refundable pet fees, as applicable.
Rental Homes USA, LLC requires that all adults (18 years old and older) living in the property must apply and be on the lease.
We require all pets to be pre-approved. Please call us and we can discuss if your property will allow the pet you have. You may not get a pet or a new pet once you have moved into the home.
Yes. Your security deposit is refundable and we follow the state guidelines of returning that money to you within 45 days of move out. We will discuss the guidelines of returning the property undamaged and cleaning requirements at lease signing.
Our lease and state guidelines requires you or us to give 60 days notice to either party before the first of the next month. We ask that all notices be given in writing to our office. Once your notice is given/received, we will send out a move out check list to help you through the process.
Tenant at fault repairs or damages are expected to be paid for by the tenant.
Rental Homes USA, LLC does not allow cosigners.
Tenants must meet conditions of rental on their own.
